Gas, electricity and water supply

Gas

Gas for cooking is provided from bottles. In normal circumstances you should not need to touch these.

Do not use the hob or oven as a means of heating.

In an emergency, if you smell gas or are at all concerned, shut off the gas using the isolators as described above in Appliances > Cooking and call us.

Electric

The electrics are on a 12v system.

Water supply

There is one large water tank on board all day boats. This is filled with fresh tap water which is used for running water in the kitchen and bathroom. Some hirers prefer to bring their own bottled water for cold drinks during the day.
