The designated skipper must remain sober at all times

We want you to enjoy your day but ask you to note that the drink-driving limit is the same as on roads and the skipper must remain sober.

In line with our Terms and Conditions, we do reserve the right to ask your party to leave the boat immediately if we receive reports of behaviour likely to be caused by drinking too much. This includes reports from other boaters, residents or towpath users.

You will need to pay in full for any damage done as a result of being under the influence of alcohol as this is not covered by insurance.
